The pump closest to the forum constantly cuts out if you even put a little pressure on the trigger. Now there is only one day per FORTNIGHT you can get petrol at a reasonable price and this morning the entrances were barricaded while readings were being taken by the attendant and we had to go somewhere else.

I intend lettingyou know every person I know that your store has employed one of the rudest revolting excuses for a console operater that I have ever encountered. Incident at 8.30pm on the 1st May 2020 in the Pinjarra Rd store. Never again would I have that pig serve me

Really odd experience from an odd consul operatorFocused more on my compliant covid mask and gave me a long coucilling session .... the lady appeared to just have a year 7 education.Instead of focusing on the forecourt ishe ended up charging $15 fir fuel instead of $45Looks like a case of failed police applicant working in a servo. Please bear in mind next time you might do the same to an irate essay.... what could possibly go wrong ???

The new Forum car parks and entrance and exits to the businesses outside (eg Caltex, Macas and HJs) is a bit of a nightmare if you don't know all the changes. I've been there quite a few times and I still get confused.Caltex is a good station with friendly staff. They sell gas which a lot of new stations don't.

Went in to get fuel and yes fuel was under $1 but they refused to give rewards discounts unlike all other woolworths Caltex. Sounds like your trying to save as much money as possible while we pay the extra

Terrible service every time - try to avoid this store and find one with decent customer service

Its a petrol station. Whats to like, it doesnt even have a view...haha. It does look like it's going through a reno, so it will be a shiny new petrol station soonish i expect. But still basically a petrol station.

I only use them as a last resort.Generally speaking, they are a bit more expensive but can have some cheaper options. They have a good range of vegetables but don't find their store layout too easy to navigate.
