Daniel Wasson of Superior Plumbing agreed to do a job for me in April. He constantly didn’t turn up after appointments were made, and didn’t communicate that he wouldn’t be arriving.I stupidly paid the entire invoice (he did not ask for a deposit, just sent the whole invoice), and after many months of little to no communication, he arrived a few times but left me hanging each time with promises to return with other parts and fittings.By the time is was the end of June I was still without a working bathroom so I had to employ another plumber as Daniel wouldn’t communicate with me.He sent his apprentice to install taps but I had to get another plumber to fix it as he hadn’t reseated the tap so there was a water leak.I asked for a refund as $745 is a lot of money for a single parent and this was needed to pay the new plumber. It took about 40 texts and 6 weeks before he eventually refunded most of my money.I do NOT recommend Daniel or Superior plumbing. He did not gauge the fittings needed for an older Qlder, and he was terrible at keeping appointments and communicating in general.

Dan is extremely good at what he does and will bend over backwards to get a solution.He's a friendly bloke and probably the best plumber I've come across in townsville

When I called Dan and explained our hot water system broke down, I expected he would take a couple of days to look at it. He was here within an hour. He ordered a new hot water system and was here 36 hours later to install it at the time we discussed. Dan is a good bloke, I highly recommend him and will be calling in future with any plumbing issues.

These guys were really great. Came when they said they would, did a great job and were reasonably priced. Would use again and would recommend them.
