Recently purchased a Mini Cooper 5-Door Hatch from Jennifer. Her colleague only advised me after I had signed off the paperwork that she has only been in the role for the last month or so. I never would have guessed it upon reflection of the incredible customer service she delivered. Not only did she make the process completely seamless from start to finish, but she was positive and patient with me the entire time. I was nervous to purchase a used vehicle as I have never done so, but she put my mind at ease. I had no knowledge of finance options, but she guided me and educated me on that too, making the process of purchasing the car less costly up-front for me (definitely recommend financing if you have the option).The dealership is inviting, with adequate parking and it is clean and aesthetically appealing. Picking up my new (well... used) Mini was so exciting, and Jennifer made it a very positive experience. I love my new car, and would highly recommend the team at Bravo Auto - Jennifer in particular if you have the option!Thank you again for making this a wonderful experience for me!

Dealing with Bravoauto has been a fantastic experience. With a small time frame to purchase I was able to find the car I was looking for at a very good price. Naz and his team were extremely professional the entire process and even went above and beyond with some extra requests I had.
