I’m am looking to open a personal deposit account. Waited on the phone for nearly an hour as I wasn’t sure I had filled out the online application correctly.Not sure how many days it takes to receive confirmation as I applied Wed 4th, not really wanting to phone again. Have even sent an email but no reply. Not sure if I should persevere

Not impressed with long wait time on phone. Long waits represent the businesses level of energy to deal with you, or your issues. Tried many calls over 3 days, gave up after longest wait of 35 mins. Send an email, sure. Message says it will be attended to in 2-3 days. Sure.

We moved our business banking from ANZ to Judo as a sign of loyalty to our Business Relationship Manager. Finance is about relationship, knowledge and loyalty. Every customer asks for it but no one wants to pay for it. And we wonder why the banking system is broken. When the number of customers outnumber the number of employees, we need to vote with our feet.

Amazing people to deal with that actually listen to you. Bart and Shannon were amazing and easy to work with. Everything explained in English and worked with me unlike other banks that didn't take anything into consideration

So here is my experience.... be warned!I finally managed to set-up a 6month term deposit but to do this was painful and very very time consuming.The CEO needs to hire a new head of IT to get their backend working. The company is very under-resourced and i have now spent 4,,, maybe 5 long phone waits of at least 40-50 mins to sort out log-in / Account not linked issues.This is not acceptable.When you finally get to talk to someone they are polite and understanding... and the problem is sorted by talking to the IT kids out back. I understand this has been an issue for weeks/ months now. In my last job this would have meant people would have to go.The CEO needs to show some mettle, roll up his sleeves, and not go home until these issues are sorted.Look somewhere else everyone unless you like listening to vey annoying 'hold music'.PS: I tried to send thru an on-line complaint via their system... guess what... that didn't work either.
