Two servicemen helped my mother with her tank pump. She cannot stop raving about how professional and helpful they were, and also how fair they were with the pricing of the service. Highly recommend!

In this time of online ordering and do it yourself flatpacs how refreshing it was for me to discover Allbrands where nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Being a novice about pool pumps I felt a bit ignorant about what was the best to get when my old one broke down. I didn't want something that might be cheaper but need to be replaced again in a relatively short time. At Allbrands they took the time to look at what best suited my needs, explain the alternatives and give me a range of options. Their level of service is outstanding and there was no pressure from them to purchase. I was so pleased to find a smaller, service oriented company where the so called little things like follow up service and customer care really matter.

Once again, Allbrands customer service and knowledge exceeds my expectations. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Thank you for always looking after us.

Always helpful, can be busy during peak season as is expected but will always get back to you.They came on-site to inspect and replace my Rainwater tank controller. They also assisted with getting a spare part which was out of manufacture. Experts in their field.

I usually do not write reviews, but in this case I felt I had to: Prices out of this world. Agreed to have them come and pick up my pump with rain to mains controller because it was not working. Received a text a few days later saying that the pump was fine but the controller was fried and needed a new one. Jim quoted me 900$ plus 195$ labour. In good faith, initially I said OK, but then, considering that I had to chase the matter up for two weeks to no avail (not Jim's fault, but nobody else apparently was available to follow up my job), I had time to look around for prices and I could easily find pumps + controllers from 500$. When confronted Jim with the notion, asking what brand and model of controller they planned to install as the prices I had seen were very different, he told me that they could not compete with online sellers. When I insisted, telling him that I would have liked to know brand and model of a 900$ controller I was being sold, he told me that it was an Onga Waterswitch, but with 2 years on-site assistance (that I did not ask for and he did not mention before).I looked around again and showed him that anyone could buy a Waterswitch controller TOGETHER WITH AN ONGA PUMP for around 600$. And that was the retail price, for the resellers they are definitely even cheaper. Again, We cannot compete with online sellers and the likes of Bunnings". I wonder what that means

After recently engaging Allbrands, I would like recommend the following.1) If you are a lady and you go in to pick up your items, you may find your price surprisingly goes up from what you may have been verbally quoted. Take your written quote with you2) Your verbally quoted price may be different to the actual price at pickup time. Make sure you get a written quote before proceeding3) Once you have a written quote, make sure you get a second quote from another business. Allbrands may not always be as competitive as you think even if you are a long time customer

Reliable local family business replaced my spa bath pump yesterday. I received three quotes and theirs was the best price. Barry was great in keeping me in the loop when they sourced the right pump for my ageing spa bath. Installers Lee and Jim were the A team. They arrived on time in good spirits, and hooked up all the bits and pieces quite quickly. While we waited for the tub to fill, they answered a heap of questions for me about other items in my unit totally unrelated to their job. Great local business: They know what they are doing, actually call you back and show up on time in good spirits. All this for the best price. Job was completed in ten days. I couldn't be happier.
