Found myself in the Epping area needing a bright bunch of flowers on a public holiday and came across this business on Google. I was happy to hear they were open and accomodating of what I required. I asked for a $50 bunch and by the end the florist offered it to me for $40 so I appreciated the honesty. I also had a lovely conversation with the florist while she was putting it together - the end result was perfect and exactly what I wanted! I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Super impressed with Sophie's customer service.I was seeking a delivery to Hawthorn East and wasn't having much luck with a lot of florists still being closed for the New Year, and not putting this information on their website's first page.I rang Sophie and she advised that the courier fee would be high due to going from Epping to Hawthorn East, and kindly gave me the names of three florists to try closer to the delivery address. I wasn't keen on them (too pricey/not open), so I rang Sophie back and placed the order with her. I wanted to give her the business as a) she was open and b) she was very friendly and efficient. The flowers were delivered the next day to a delighted recipient who said they were fantastic. Yay!

Absolutely gorgeous! Can't get over it. My friend the birthday gal loved them ( I knew she would !). The communication with Sophie was fast and friendly. I highly recommend this lovely florist for all your florist needs. Thank you x

I live right next to 'Thanks A Bunch Florist', and loved how cheery and welcoming the atmosphere was when I arrived. The flowers and plants were put on the side, which allowed for easy viewing and picking for my mothers day flowers that I was getting for mum. The flowers I picked were put aside, and I was able to pick them up the next day at a very good price. The flowers and their packaging was gorgeous, and I was even offered a card with the flowers additionally for free. All in all, it was a great experience, and I will be definitely recommend them to friends and family. Will purchase flowers from there again definitely.Hadi

From the moment i called to meeting Sophie in person she meet my needs for my mother's birthday. She took her time to show me all the different flowers she had and she was very knowledgable. She exceed my expectations, my mother loved the flowers they were so beautifully arranged and they smell lovely. Thank you Sophie for my mother's birthday flowers. Highly Recommend.

Sophie is the warmest person. She really makes you feel at home when you enter her florist. Her arrangements are so impressive and beautiful you just want to buy them all. I ordered a bouquet for my fiance and I was actually shocked when I saw it. Pictures don't do her arrangement justice, such a great person & florist. 100% the best florist in the Northern suburbs. Grazie Sophie!!
