Cleveland Street Smash Repairs

Terrible service and no care. Original damage was fixed but to a poor standard. the body panels only line up on one side of the car. Left car in the street all dirty, didn't bother cleaning the car. Worst of all there is new minor damage to the car that wasn't there originally and a punctured tyre and rim scratched. no responsibility, zero customer care and no apology. Do NOT recommend nor will I be going back. Biggest waste of time.

Tony and the crew not only priced me very fairly, but were lovely to deal with and went above and beyond, couldn't sort a part, so did some sorcery and fixed a door that by rights shouldn't have a smooth finish again, and Tony when he heard I needed a ute as a loaner to replace my ute - gave me his very own ute so that I could continue moving house. Wonderful service from a wonderful team. Couldn't be happier. If you're unlucky and get into a bingle, these guys go above and beyond.

Tony and the team were absolutely beyond helpful when I was unlucky enough to have my car broken into, driven into while parked, and sideswiped, all within three months.They were extremely caring, and did an excellent job. They were even kind enough to help me out when some parts weren’t covered by my insurance and the culprit didn’t leave a note.Couldn’t recommend them enough - thank you Tony!!!

Exceeded my expectations on service and quality workmanship. Costas and his team seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and repaired my car as if it was their own. They even had the car cleaned in side and out along with a polish. Friendly and propmt communication throughout. I would highly recommend. Thanks Costas

Incredibly dodgy business, rude and abusive owner. Took my car there via insurer referral and regret every bit of it. Owner asked me to take car back incomplete and unroadworthy, while waiting for parts, to “clear shop floor space”, asked for cash payments before the service was completed, and played all sorts of games to finally deliver the car, in a contemptuous and threatening tone, after I refused to pay cash. Reported them to the insurer - that’s unacceptable

I am grateful to Tony and his calm professional skill in helping me to navigate the proper steps when my car was suddenly totaled. With expertise, he took care of everything and towed it away with no trouble.

What a great outcome, normally I wouldn't go to the effort of writing a review, however a few weeks back my pride and joy was hit in the back by a taxi. I was highly recommended to take my car to CSSR by 2 friends who had told me the owner/manager had a lot of experience with high end/ collectable cars.I must say the owner was more than helpful, he ran me through the whole process and even showed me a couple of pointers on how to get the best possible repair on your car.After picking the car back up I had it inspected by my friend in my car club, who has now booked his car in to have some modifications done to it. Speaks for its self!All in all 10/10,

I Took my car here to be repaired after my original insurer didn’t repair it properly. They did a great job repairing it to the manufacturer standards and always communicated on the progress.
