Loved every minute of the Winter Yoga Retreat run by both Leonie and Dawn. It was the perfect setting to stop and quieten the mind, and peacefully move the body. Thanks so much!

I have been participating in Leonie's Breath and Meditation courses since Lockdown started in 2020. Each course has given me a sense of calm and able to face the day without stress or anxiety. I am able to get a great night's sleep and only have to use some breathing techniques that I've been taught to get me to sleep quickly.I can also highly recommend Leonie's Yoga Nidra sessions. That gives a wonderful sense of calm and sends me into a wonderful sleep I can highly recommend it.
