Extremely satisfied with the JB Hifi customer service. All the staff are very helpful at this store. Was served at the registers today by a boy named Faem who was really patient with me. Will be happy to shop at this store again.

A few staff are rude and not knowledgeable at all. If they are not aware of their own policies, it's better to start with being nice and understand how things work by asking their managers and then start getting rude. I have been to a few other stores but this one in particular is the worst among all. In general, JB Hi-Fi is a great brand and with a successful chain of stores but this is not as good as it should be.

Overall my experience at this store has usually been pleasant, and for the most part the staff are all lovely, however today I was served by a man at the counter who was seemingly uninterested in giving any ounce of customer service. He was chewing gum with his mouth wide open while serving me, didn't ask if I wanted a bag when I had multiple items, and did not even give me a receipt. The only reason I've given a second star is because the other staff around in store seemed quite nice.

Very disappointed as always.Refused to match price even after proof.Wasted my 45 mins for check and confirm price and told me no price match for online store except Amazon. there are no such kind of policy on their website.Suggestion: Buy things JBHI online instead of in-store (especially belconnen one).

Purchased a soundbar and sub for my Mum and couldn't be happier with it. Walked in with a couple in mind but was diverted to a similar option that was on sale but not listed or on the floor. Comparisons were discussed by the JBHifi sales person and she mentioned comparatively the sale price of this model offset the very slightly not-as-amazing sound quality as the more expensive option of the same brand... still, it ticked all the boxes and was a healthy 1/3 of the RRP and half of the more expensive option. .. Even with my asking them to hold it while I shopped to come back by their closing time, they had the sealed box at the register ready to go when I arrived. Installation was a breeze, simple to use and my Mum was absolutely blown away. Great work JBHifi Team!

Went into JB Hi-fi yesterday with my two little ones. Looking for a new case for my phone. I was really taken back at the poor customer service. The young lady I asked to help with my selection was so incredibly rude. She palmed me off to her colleagues behind the registers as I was keen to get the same brand as my current one so she suggested I get one of the guys to look up my history. Mind you, the store was not busy at all and was adequately staffed. They appeared busy behind the counter and the manager asked her to help me and she wasn't keen. She explained to him I wanted my purchase history. All while my two little ones are loosing it in store. I just said I just want a good durable phone case please" anyways the young girl just picked the most expensive case and said I suggest this one "it's one I personally use" which I have heard so many JB hi fi staff say - must be a line they are trained to use. Super disappointed and walked out not feeling confident about my purchase. I don't usually write reviews but that young lady needs to be trained in providing customer service."

Very unprofessional and rude customer service. The guy sold us a tv and encouraged us to buy a soundbar. He told us that both need to be the same brand. He then contradicted himself and sold us a more expensive brand that we discovered is not compatible with our tv. Will be asking for a full refund.Be stern and make sure you ask questions. Don't let them force you to buy something you don't want.

Was unable to be served after 5.30 even though we were already in the store before closing time. It was 5.32 at the time we asked to buy something. Went to fyshwick instead who were more than helpful.

Staff don't have brief knowledge about the products.Even though I said it was a gift, they gave me a returned item with a huge green sticker on it saying it was returned due to change of mind. The product was opened. If it is a returned product, sell it as a clearance item not for a gift!Samantha was very rude, when I asked her a question she didn't even look at my face when answering. I'm never going back there. If you purchase anything shipped to you be careful you might end up with a returned item.
