This review is specifically for the amazing customer service provided by Eliza today. She was so lovely and patient with me. Honestly haven't seen customer service like that in a long time.

I love my local Witchery store. They are very helpful most of them. Whenever I asked for a certain sizing they always go beyond expected and always willing to help just as away. However, you might encounter a once in a blue moon bad rep from one of the staff. But overall I always have a great experience shopping here.

Wish I could give 0 stars.My mum and I went to this store yesterday, and although there was only 2 customers in the store, the 5 staff were too busy, not to mention unfriendly. we put it down to lowered spirits due to COVID-19... when we went to the register the women were trying to handball us off to eachother and then had no interest in what I had to say about my clothing I had chosen. They didn’t speak to us at all, and then a lady came in and got the full treatment with an over the top “hello how are you!” I said not to worry about the top I was buying and left, we felt discriminated against and WILL NOT be back.Unfortunate as we love the clothes and spend lots of money here
