Terrible Service. I waited to be served for 10 minutes and then walked out. There were 6 people waiting after me. ON;y two staff on. Avoid this place. Obviously not employing enough staff.

Got mucked around with the last script. Ordered it to be told none left when I arrived to collectOrdered another script at 8:30am today, told them I’ll collect at 4:30pm, arrived 4.40pm, now 5.22pm, still waiting for it.

Won’t be back!Called this morning to check my script could be filled. Told there was “one left”. I said I’d be in soon after 1pm, will that be ok? Pharmist stated “that should be fine”. Turned up and waited 20mins for my script to be filled, only to be told there was none left. No apology from pharmacist, I was just redirected to their Cararra store. I needed the item today and if I’d been told they wouldn’t hold the item I may have called again on my way after work.I used to go there regularly for all my scripts & pharmacy items- a loyal customer...I won’t go back.
