Spoke to Jake through messenger as we on the road and I had an issue with a cracked iPhone camera. Was so prompt and helpful in getting back to me. A quick pop into the store .. all fixed!Highly recommend!

I received excellent service from Jake today when my dad’s iPhone screen needed replacing. He was fast, only taking half an hour to replace the screen, excellent value for money and was very friendly and approachable. Got quoted by Optus 1-2 week turn around for phone to be sent away and looked at for an issue that should be covered by warranty and insurance, but be left without a phone in the meantime. Swung into ifix and the guys knew straight away what the issue was and had phone apart, issue rectified and me out the door within 10 mins. Killer service. 10/10 recommend
