Look, I don't usually go out of my way to review a place but this branch deserves it. From the moment I walked in, they were on to it. Found my booking by description, asked if I'd thought about how I was going to get the machine (a stump grinder) off my ute, offered to run me through it, explained the best method to use it, and things to watch out for (like a choke rattling out when grinding a dense root).Drop off was even more of a breeze, drove my fully loaded ute, with work gear all in it and a stump grinder squished in. They were friendly, asked how it had gone, if I was happy with how it went and asked if I needed anything else to knock the job over. Friendly and efficient. They had me unloaded and out the door within 5 minutes of arriving, despite the fact I turned up right on open.Can't thank them enough, and look forward to hiring more tools/machines from them soon.

John was very knowledgable and was able to help with any queries i had regarding the hire. He even instructed me with tips on the job i was completing.

Looking at cleaning up after storm damage to trees in back yard. Staff excellent in suggesting the use of battery chain saw. On pick up ensured all the equipment was there and supplied with extra blade. Overall, quick, efficient and friendly service. Thank you.

I hired a Kanga today and the booking, pick up and return was super seamless. The guys there gave me a run down on how to operate the machine and with alittle practice it was like driving a forklift.Even if you have no experience in operating any machinery, you can use this. I'm a 60 year old treelopper and recently had to cut down a large gum tree with 15 tonnes of timber in the back yard. I rang Kennards and the next day I hired a motorised wheelbarrow that self-lifts,one of the best things I've ever done, no more back braking lugging and loading the truck for me and and will fit down the side of most houses.Very satisfied.
