Two stays with PP and they have both been fantastic. They have the big things right (great properties, well conditioned at fair price), that's kind of obvious.Couple of small standouts though.First stay. We changed booking dates and it wasn't an issue - literally took 45 seconds on the phone; I was left confused... things are rarely that simple.Second stay. The local supermarket delivered our groceries early (~10am) prior to our arrival (~3pm). On arrival our cold goods were in the fridge.They have the big things right and some great finesse in the small. 5 stars.

We recently stayed at Casa Nera, it is a fantastic property! The living space and bedrooms are beautifully furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The house is at a great location, close to many breweries and wineries. Can’t wait to book up our next Private Properties break!

My family and I stayed at white horses for a few days priced at around $3,700 with a $1,000 bond.The kitchen was well equipped and the view was incredible however the property is a far cry from private properties marketed “luxury”properties.The photos used are somewhat misleading, the property is quite dated.- There is no cooling or heating on the ground floor, thus the property has pedestal fans; we were unable to use these due to the severe coating of thick oiled dusted over them all. We were unable to open the children’s room window because the fly screen has been tampered with and semi detached.- the PowerPoint in the laundry is detached from the wall exposing the base thus we were unable or uncertain to iron our clothes down there.- the drain in the main bathroom was so blocked that the floor would flood resulting in us needing to use our towels to soak up the flooding (we had a maintenance man come rectify this day 2)- there was an ant infestation on the top floor, we couldn’t sit on the bags by the window view because they would crawl on them- we couldn’t use the dishwasher after the second day because it wasn’t filled with rinse aid and there wasn’t any provided- The lights above the dining table didn’t work so we had to sit outside every night with infants- the tvs both were broken (got this fixed day 3)- the light switch in the kids room was not workingAnd lastly,- the main frying pan for the kitchen was not induction thus, unusable.

We've stayed in many of the properties managed by Private Properties. From the house in Denmark, to a place they use to manage in Melbourne, as well as a few place in Margaret River.Every place we have stayed has been wonderful. What you see on the website is what you get.When the description states... quaint beach cottage which has been renovated, you get a wooden house with the quirks that come with a beach front property.We have stayed at:Woodstock in 2011.Injidup Escape in 2013 and 2015.Redgate - 2014Beach Cottage - 2016The place in melbourne, no longer on their list in 2012.Each time we have enjoyed the houses. The staff at Private Properties are always helpful. We've never had an issue with the houses we've stayed at.Each house is different all of them have been clean, professionally looked after, with easy directions and instructions about how to use the place.We are due to stay in another property in 2017.

I booked a 3 night stay at La Cabine with my wife for a peaceful getaway that we expected to be first class.What we experienced was better than first class.Fee and Michael have thought of every possible detail to bring French Provisional to Margaret River right down to the French music.The organic breakfast consisting of fresh eggs, fresh juices and yogurts, fresh salmon, avocado, cereals oh and the just baked fresh breads left for us on arrival by Michael was sensational and more than expected.Now, the Cabine.......exceptionally clean with crisp clean linen, robes and slippers. The furnishings, art works and the corks have been perfectly chosen to adapt in the cabin. Michael stocked the fire place in preparation for our late arrival which was lit once we arrived.The grounds surrounding the Cabin with statues, outdoor seating and waterfalls are stunning.This place is definitely heaven on earth. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!Thankyou Michael and Fee for allowing us to share this piece of heaven.

We stayed at Breaksea in Albany, very pricey for a family getaway for 5nights but we needed a family holiday and the pictures were breathtaking so we booked, veiw is breathtaking, kitchen was clean upon arrival, although a few stain dishes that I needed to wash prior to use. bulk food was thrown out the first morning we woke up as we had ant invasion. Garage switch was a hazard it sparked each time turned on, as well as one off the teens rooms, when contacted the property manager I was advised the house was inspected by the owner prior to our arrival and this wasn't the case, Lucky I took a video/pictures, my 2.5year old was bitten by the bugs/spiders in the house as well as my teens legs are covered in bites (picture was also sent to the manager - which they stated the house was sprayed pest control) clearly not as there were quite a few large huntsman spiders inside, in the door frames so you couldn't open the door's for fresh air unless you wanted a few visitors as well. The garage also attracted mud from the rain which was hard getting in and out of a car, let alone packing your car once leaving, we have cream interior in our car. The master bedroom carpet smelt like urinate. Couldn't watch Tv in lounge as the switch was loose, when advised caretaker we were told to play board games, for the price you pay $3500 for five nights definitely not worth it. We were given $172.85 as a sorry". Hopefully they look at investing in this property prior to charging that much. I could actually write a list on what needs to be fixed.Sorry but this company has lost my business and referrals."

9 friends and myself have just had a terrific weekend staying at Hi Clere in Yallingup. The house is perfect for a large group of people with two different wings of the beautifully designed house containing 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom, as well as the large master suite complete with spa. All have wonderful views of the surrounding bush land.The house contains many gorgeous pieces of original art and furniture, along with a fabulous outdoor deck area.We all loved the house and can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff at Private Properties were helpful, professional and made our long weekend away truly special.

Our family of 6 stayed at the Whitehorses for 3 nights. Amazing and unbelievable views!!!!!!!Beautiful house with everything that we needed.The fireplace kept us cosy and warm for the rainy weather so we loved staying in and just relaxed watching the ocean view. The team was very accommodating as well. Highly recommend a stay with them and we’ll definitely be booking again for our next trip down South.

We had a fabulous 'girls weekend' staying at Seascape Retreat in Mandurah. Located right on the beachfront in Halls Head, great for walking and swimming. The property is very centrally located, so although we could feel like we were miles away we were also a hop/skip from Shopping and Dining options in Mandurah. There is local convenience stores within a 5 minute walk for any extra supplies you may need. The home is very well appointed and spacious, it had all the necessary amenities you need. The golf putting green provided some fun and many laughs and the alternative rear alfresco area with swimming pool for lounging was ideal. Multiple and expansive living areas that had us 'switch off'. We would also highly recommend dining at Flics Kitchen and Samudera if you are looking for local restaurant options. Many thanks to Private Properties for their prompt and seamless communication throughout which made our getaway even more enjoyable. Will be booking again for sure - where to next?!

Stayed at Bluebelle in Gracetown for 3 nights. The house is so lovely, very clean with amazing 180degrees ocean views. Definitely a beach vacation house. This is our first time to stay in Private Properties houses. Thus, not sure what to expect. We are all very impressed. The property is well appointed and all the items you will ever need are all provided - cutleries, toiletries, cooking utensils, dishwasher, coffee machine, and much much more. The beds and amenities are prepared comparable to 5 star hotels - meticulously made up with extra blankets and soft pillows. Definitely will be using Private Properties in future vacations. Our property manager Teri replies with queries very promptly. Everything from booking to arrival process is flawless. Will be recommending you to friends and families.
