Don't waste your money here. Had no customer care whatsover and showed blatant racism. The nail technician didn't even want to touch my hand. When I asked to see the colours they offered, I was told that they didn't have any, I had to ask again, where they go ally got them for me. This person paid no attention to my comfort, ignoring my pleas when I mentioned that what they were doing hurt more than I am used to in other nail salons. Charged $59, but the nail has come out very bumpy and will most probably chip off. Not worth it at all, definitely don't go.

Hi my name is Francesca I came here with my family friend rose. For a girls day and came in to get a manicure and pedicure with our nails painted to have a rexlaxing weekend. Had great service only cost around $55 dollars for me and my family $60.

Terrible service. The technician was inattentive to detail and rude. She kept talking about me to her colleagues when I complained my nails were uneven and clumpy. I asked for beige and she kept doing pink. I pointed to her beige nails and asked for the same colour. She was very rough changing the colour, didn’t wrap my nails, only used the drill. Never again!

I have to say, by far it was one of the best experiences I have ever had! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.The attention to detail is clearly evident and my nails look amazing.Overall, I cannot recommend this nail tech shop highly enough. From the welcoming atmosphere to the incredible skill of the staff, it truly exceeded all of my expectations. If you're looking for a top-notch nail experience, look no further than this amazing shop!

I will not be coming back here ever again. I asked for short yet they made them the length they wanted it to be. The acrylic nail ripped my real nail off my right pinky finger. I will never be returning to this store I am not happy. And it’s a bit unfair when ur sitting in a chair for almost a hour listening to them talk in their own language and being on their phones I think it’s a bit rude!!!

Extremely unhappy with the work done on my nails. the service was rushed, little care was taken on doing a good job. my nails are thick, wide, crooked and longer than i asked for. The technician didn’t listen and i felt like she wanted to hurry up and finish. My friends and I will not be returning. VERY dissatisfied customer. I paid $75 for these nails and they are not good quality.

I have been going to this business for a long time and I understand that they’re running a business but when you are waiting and watching other customers walk in and get attended to without an appointment while you already have been waiting is not good customer service. I left without my nails being finished as I was in there for an hour and 1/2 and only had a pedicure. Very disappointing!

I did a deluxe pedicure last Friday after work. Instead of having a relax I had a bad experience. The staff who rendered a service to me is using her phone in between. The foot scrub was not even lasted a minute. She did the massage as if she was just touching my feet, no effort at all. The woman who arrived with me haven't finished but mine was already finished because the staff was rushing. Mine you, her focus is not on work but on her phone. She did my nail polished with one hand as if she was just like playing. I really like to tell her off but I don't like to embarass her because there was few customers. Poor service. I paid $45 with that kind of poor service which, I can have a cheaper deluxe pedicure with better service. I came here because it is closer to me. My 1st experience with this nail salon is worst, won't ever come back and will not recommend!!!!! Such a waste
