Vince was great fixed my bottom bracket and running gear on the Trek workhorse. Super quick and great job for a very reasonable price. Thanks back on the road now.

I was passing through on my commuter bike with no spare and got a major puncture. My bike has internal hub gearing and is not easy to change. Vince provided amazing service to get me back on the road straight away. I highly recommend!!

I needed my bike serviced, brakes switched and the rear fender adjusting, so called around a few of bike shops in the area. I found Vince and Spoke n Sprocket through the positive ratings online and found the service friendly, swift, flexible and professional. I was pleased with the excellent workmanship and good-value pricing, and will be back for other bikes needs in the future.

I can't speak highly enough about this shop. I took my bike down for a service and in the 5 months since have risen 100s of kms. The service was great value for money and Vince and his crew are extremely knowledgeable. If you are a serious cyclist this is the place to come to !

Rather than purchase a new bike Vince suggested upgrading my wheels to a set of craftwork ... very pleased I listened ti his advice. Had a great 130 k ride on the Amy Gillet ride last weekend.. and a healthy 70km on the down hill without a wobble in sight

These guys were fantastic. They took my neglected and rusted old mountain bike and brought it up up to a perfect working order - and all working to my budget. They talked me through options, provided detail on costs and completed the job within a few days. Perfect work!
