Not only are they scammers, they are unbelievably rudeThey made a mistake repairing my Pixel, I showed the worker there that the back was covered in glue and the speakers were completely btoken.She was very condescending and rude, but to make it even worse she refused even working on my phone EVEN THOUGH I HAD A RECEIPT! They are scammers and they know it!This is unacceptable and I will be going to the Department of Fair Trading about these crooks

Very disappointed ☹️ I bought the screen protector for my mobile and i dropped it on the floor and my screen cracked and the screen protector didn't cover anything so why i bought the screen protector and back to them and they told me they have no warranty and their products are cheap that's why they don't work properly.

I wish there was a zero rating. Took my phone in for a screen repair, then it did not charge, took it back to get fixed and now the sim card reader has been broken. Refused liability however taken it for a second opinion and they have said it has most definitely been caused by them. Phone is over $1200 absolutely ruined. There are plenty of phone repair places in Westpoint, all 1000% better than this place. Do not take your phone to them if you need a repair.

I went there to fix the loose face of fitbit watch today. A beautiful and friendly lady was so helpful and kind to glue it back. If I have any problem with my devices in future I'll definitely go back for sure.

Unbelievable terrible experience ever. Rude and Worst place to get your phone fixed or purchase. New screen they put had bubbles around corners took it back stuff started arguing saying its their their fault regardless 6 months warranty. Tried so calmly to explain but no one willing to listen. Highly recommend to avoid going to these guys for anything you font want your day spoilt. I am going to fair trading the way they treating customers.
