I highly recommend using the property shop. I have had the best experience with them over the last 12 months as a landlord and also prior to this when I was looking to purchase a house. Jemma is our property manager and is doing a wonderful job, I couldn’t be happier. I have also communicated with several other staff members who have always been as responsive and efficient as Jemma. Any time there are maintenance requests etc they contact us immediately so we can get the issue resolved in a timely manner.We previously rented our house through another real estate agent in town and had the worst experience with constant staff changes and a severe lack of communication. I am so glad we changed over to the property shop, they have made life so much easier for us as landlords and for our tenants.

Very unreliable when it comes to returning phone calls but happy to contact you asap when it comes to you owing them money. Wouldn't recommend renting through them at all. Always paid rent up to date even in advance. Have left the property 4 weeks ago still waiting for bond to be returned. Property left in better condition then when we moved in.

After searching for almost a year for a home to purchase in Hedland,and going through properties with other agents as well as the Property Shop.We found the people at the property shop went the extra mile.We found Jim Hennerbery to be quite candid, furthermore Jim and his team had integrity!Which was sadly lacking in some of the individual agents working for other local agencies.This should not be a reflection on these other agencies however there is one Gent working for a local firm that I wouldn't trust as far as I can throw him....you will know when you meet him , should you have that misfortune.We ended up buying a house at auction through Jim Hennerbery and the Hedland Property Shop. This also was a good experience as they helped us all the way through the process. Happy to have brought through these people.
