Was recommended this place by another mechanic for transmission repairs after having issues changing gears. M1 was able to find out that the actual issue wasn't the transmission and were able to locate the actual issue and repair my vehicle while still flushing the transmission fluid.I knew my car was in good hands when they called me and let me know the issues. Excellent customer service and excellent knowledge on cars at a affordable price. Would 100% recommend to friends and family.

90's bronco xlt complete transmission overhaul. after a few recommendations from other mechanics I asked Paul and the team at M1 to help. they were fast and the final invoice was less than the original estimate. as I understand it they went to a great deal of trouble to source parts for an imported car of this age, and still managed to get it done earlier than I was expecting. they also took care with the vehicle, something that every car owner appreciates. Im very happy to have trusted them with this big of an ask.

Held the car all day, didn't call me,somehow couldn't replicate an extremely obvious and constant fault, said they'd need it over night to diagnose the issue but then charged me $200 without even telling me what the problem was. I took it to another mechanic the next week and not only did they quickly identify the fault and replicate it instantly (the car did not operate without fault so i find it impossibleto velieve these specialists couldnt replicate the issue )But the other mechanic chargedonly $275 for the fix, diagnosis, labour, everything.So I can't speak for M1s quality of their fixes when they actually work on a car, but I was pretty disappointed to not have my car all day with no contact, no fix, no diagnosis or prognosis and down $200. Pretty terrible experience all round.
