Great communicator, excellent grasp of market and peopleFranzwa has been tireless in the pursuit of a sale for us. In a slowing December market and through January- he didn’t stop. He looked at other market avenues for promotion, to other states and directed communication options. The only tip I would have for any agent is to make sure all the keys open the doors that they are meant to. This is such a simple request but often not done. Well done Franzwa and team.

Had a truly awful renting experience with this agency. Multiple issues with communication and repair and maintenance problems. The highlight was when we had issues with the air conditioning over summer that took 2 months to fix. I won’t vent too much but would like to warn others. If you’re brave enough to rent through this agency then I suggest brushing up on your legal rights as a tenant.

CALL OUT to all buyers about the integrity issue of this company. I bought a new house through Franzwa and Roxana. They advised me that everything in new house is subject to building warranty so building inspection condition is not relevant to our purchase. After settlement we were informed that there is important caveat to the warranty and we should have done the building inspection beforehand.
