The experience in this store can be hit or miss. Staff is the traditional JB staff, some totally ignore you some other do it too. The only worker noticing you is the security at the entrance. It is like this from the start and will continue until JB will favour tattoos, piercings and dyed hair vs professionalism. This made sense 20 years ago when people would go in to buy music, now it's just TVs and mobile phones so it is anachronistic. The prices are not always the best, but sometime they match other stores, that's according to the staff mood at the moment. Hit or miss, your local JB Hi Fi

The staff allow you to freely browse so if you need assistance you’ll need to flag them down for help. Once you’ve got their attention they are most helpful and they definitely know their products. This store has a variety and has limited stock at hand, so if you’re after a popular sales item be sure to call first to avoid a wasted trip in store. The security guy at door acknowledges customers politely.

Great store with huge selection but like most JB Hifi stores there are never enough staff rostered on. Trying to cut costs on staff levels can drive your customers elsewhere.

My husband and I came in to change our phone plans from Optus to Telstra and was greeted by a very friendly and polite staff member at the entrance and exitAlready off to a great startWe went to the phones area and they had a special when you signed up to Telstra for 24months on a 100GB plan you also got a $700 gift voucher which only had 2 days left on the promotionWe was served by Mitchell and Lucy that helped sign both of us up and received $700 JB HiFi voucher EACH!We can’t wait to come back to use them and will make sure we go straight back to them for any helpThey were both incredibly helpful, professional and very friendly.They are both very patient with our questions and made sure we knew all the important information before signing the contract.The customer service we receive from your members all leaves us feeling looked afterThank you to you both and I hope management know just how truly awesome you both are

Came in to buy new headphones, see multiple stickers on the item I want a $20 less. I call this out and get told it's a mistake and instead of continuing to help me and put through the sale, the bloke walks off. Your inability to put stickers on the correct product is not my concern and to walk of and ignore your customer when your called out is pretty poor form.

Do yourself a favour, DON'T shop here on Thursday evenings or the weekend - impossible to get help from sales team - at least in mobile phone area...at least 6 people ahead of us to ask questions of the two sales team.Hopefully more assistance available during the week.
