My late Father had his will with this terrible organisation. From the moment he passed Malcolm couldn’t not have made it any harder if he tried. My dad had over 20k in bank account when he passed but because of Malcolm’s lack of care of inability to do his job it was eaten away with every email that he charged to read and reply to. For 3 years I chased a copy of a death certificate of the executor to my dads will because Malcolm said he couldn’t get it, but after many failed attempts in 3 years he miraculously managed to get it. He just managed to eat up all of my dads life savings in the process. Then had the Hyde to send me a bill for $800.
