I dropped my jacket in here on a Monday in great condition but very grubby and with a few food stains etc.. It came out looking like brand new all covered up in plastic and on a coat hanger for $17 and was ready when they said it would be on the Wednesday. Can't be happier than that with their service, very professional. It's a big two thumbs up from me. Highly recommended.

Was rather disappointed when discovered that a stain from one jumper had transfered to all other tops without being told by staff on pick up. When I informed them I was told that they don't check for that on just washing loads. Rather upset that I now have to rewash previously unmarked more expensive clothing.

TL;DR - brand new item damaged, and was gaslighted, blamed and yelled at, told that I brought in a broken item.Brought in a very new mattress topper to be dry cleaned. In perfect condition, had been used for 2 weeks but wanted it cleaned for hygiene reasons after a family member was unwell.First they “lost” it, then when they finally found it they had it balled up in a bag.I opened the bag when I got home to find tears and irreparable damage to my item, that they had hidden.Went back in to sort it out had to come a second time as nobody would help us. When I went back the second time was told I brought in a torn item and that they didn’t do anything. I was yelled at and then when I tried to speak my side was told to calm down and was blamed for their damage despite no damage when I brought it in and nothing being reported when they received the item. Was also told that I should’ve taken photos of my undamaged item before I took it in so I could prove that it was in fact undamaged.Would not recommend. Poor service. Damaged items.

Took two woolen doonas there,came back exactly the same way they went in.Not even any fresh smell,when l enquires they replied that their not allowed to use the harsh chemicals that they use to,to remove the stains?? What’s the point,Never again,wouldn’t recommend this dry cleaners to anyone.

I have been coming here for quite some time, however I recently came in with a tricky garment to clean.I wore a beautiful jumpsuit to a hens night, and somebody thought it appropriate to spit their dark purple gum out on top of a leather couch at a venue we went to… Of course, I sat in it, so I ended up with a sticky dark stain the size of a 50 cent piece on one of my butt checks. It was smushed into the fabric real good. I scraped some of it off but it was stubborn and I noticed I was making the fabric fray by playing with it. Bel-Aire managed to get the stain out without ruining the fabric - you wouldn’t even know it had been there. Thank you for restoring my garment.
