You can definitely get some of the services and products that they offer, somewhere else, cheaper.However, the experience I had was incredible. Very professional, friendly, honest and reliable.I came in for a car replacement key and did not have to wait long at all.They know what they are doing, they are well trained and capable. Attention to detail and fast and efficient. You pay for what you get and this is in a great spot and they can do it all!I was very impressed and very happy with the end product. I was extremely happy with the service and that matters a lot to me.Well done! I will be back for any similar needs or requirements. Highly recommended!

Sold me a watch strap I can't use with my watch as it covers the Heart Rate sensor but didn't bother pointing this out while he changed the straps over. Only realised it wasn't working properly after a few hours and I had to change it back. Also didn't seem to know which (if any) of the watches were hypoallergenic. Nice enough guy but didn't know anything about watches.

Paid nearly $50 for shoe resole 3 weeks later sole just fell off. I wanted a refund which was refused, offered to fix it however it was such a bad job I said I'd prefer my money back. This was refused, manager was so rude, talked over me and said bad luck because I wore them for 3 weeks he won't refund my money. This is not the first bad experience I've had with this company. Please avoid at all costs, bad products, over priced and really rude staff!

Very rude staff and unreasonable price. I do not recommend this place to any one. The staff named Kosta treated us very rudely. Does not know a thing about customer service. Even a smile would have worked.

I had a new watch needing links removed on the braclet. It required a very fine screwdriver to do the job. Exbertly removed four links. Persented in a small plastic resealable bag. The charge ecominal $12.50 . I had expected they would of charge more very pleased with the result. Fast turn around.

The staff were great and helpful .I as I needed a new key for my Hyundai price at $500 , the replacement key that they supplied for my Hyundai was $220 and they programmed the new key and my spare key in under 5 minutes . Super impressed.

I got my house key cut and when I went to use it, it didn’t work and I had them cut two of the same key and both didn’t work ! I had a look at my original key to the 2 new ones and they had completely missed a section of the key
