Management had major miscommunication and lack of prioritisation which caused a long delay in installation for a small job. Customer service/booking manager (forgot her name) was not honest, extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when expressing our frustration for an installation time frame which unfortunately affected our whole experience with this company.Apart from this, everyone else including receptionist and installers (Mark) had great customer service, got the job done efficiently, and were apologetic on behalf of the company so we are satisfied with the final result so far.

They refuse to fix the problems that the poor quality product they they installed has createdAbsolute rubbish company do not go near themYou WILL regret it.

We replaced our bedroom window with a glass sliding door.Covid restrictions slowed the process, taking a few months from beginning to end but well worth the wait. The quality of glass door & amplimesh security screen absolutely amazing. Our installer Nazih was fantastic, extremely courteous with great client service, as were the office staff.We would definitely recommend Khazma Doors. Good work guys ☺️
