My girlfriend, Viktoria always wanted to live in Australia and she shared her plans about this back in Hungary in 2011. It didn't take long to convince me. We checked out Mr. Bertok's website where we found tons of useful information and we made up our mind: we have to contact this immigration agent. I e-mailed him with a couple of questions. Unfortunately, in 2012 we did not have a good chance for a successful application.We moved to live and work in the UK in order to improve our English skills. Although it's not the same as Australian English, but much better than what you can learn in Hungary, especially, if foreign language is not commonly used for your work.In September 2015, that time with more professional experience and better language skills we contacted Mr. Bertok again whether he would be happy to represent us as his clients to the Australia Immigration Department. Then he said we were much better prepared than last time for our visa application.He has a vide range of availability, including phone and Skype, which I found particularly useful. He explained the different kind of visas and helped us choose the one that we would have the best chance with.He provided a lot of information, that seemed overwhelming first, but all of them were relevant and contained useful information how to make a successful visa application. If we had a question, he answered them via e-mail on short notice or we could call him almost any time on Skype as typically when it is morning in Australia, it's almost bedtime in the UK. That suited us just fine.He explained what kind of documents we should acquire. What is the best way for this. How to prepare the documents the way the Australian Government expects them to be. Differences that seem minor to you may be a stopper for your application in the eyes of the government. We valued his advices.The fees for his service are affordable and he didn't charge us anything until the actual application happened, thus we didn't have to pay him a cent for quite a few months. He also offered multiple payment options.When the Department of Immigration had further questions regarding our relationship (as we are not married) he told us what additional documents we should prepare to convince the immigration officers that we've been together for quite a long now and they should handle our application as a couple.Of course it was him, who told us the good news: we got the visa.Even after the application was successful and closed and we paid him all the fees he kept supporting us with valuable tips and stories so we could have a smooth landing in Australia. Even he came to the airport on our arrival date to welcome us and give us a lift to our hotel.We may never had succeeded with our visa application this well if it weren't for him. Would I need further immigration or citizenship advice, he would be the first to contact.
