Customer service not very good at all, staff need to learn how to smile when serving and be a tad more friendly. I love their mini éclairs, especially the lemon one.

The sausage rolls are the best. So delicious. So are the pies. Vanilla slice is wow... so why 3 stars and not 5. The prices have become too expensive so now it's a treat. The coffee is weak n poor quality. Service could be more friendly

I ordered the cake yesterday (paid delivery more than the cake costed) so that it can arrive on time today which dint happen anyway!. Since the cake was prepared late, the delivery was 50 min late. For every small occasions I order this cake and never had issues but this time not only the cake was small in size than the usual but also less creamer (Annoyed & last time to purchase from Ferguson Manor Lakes).

Great service, the manager Chole kindly replaced two coffees for me that split due to a faulty cup tray. Chole was amazing about the situation and is a very kind person. Thank you again Chole for your exceptional customer service.

What happened to those cute eclairs?? This was my go to" for my 4 year old and my 92 year old mother who would scoff down those baby eclairs. Pies are excellent. Lots of seating."

Lovely staff, friendly and attentive consistently every single time. My favourite weekend meal, plant based sausage roll and the pie. Love love love.

I ordered a beef pie from there today. I really enjoy eating there pies usually. When I got home, I pulled the pie out of the bag to eat it and was very disappointed to find, the pastry was really hard and dry. It was as if the pie had been kept for to long and had dried out and gone hard.This has definitely put me off paying $5 for an old pie again! Don't start sacrificing quality, due to not disposing of the pie and holding onto it to long, just for the sake of losing a few dollars in lost stock. Your loyal customers a worth more than that!I will think twice about where I buy my next pie from!!
