Make sure that you confirm BEFORE your treatment what you have been booked for. I was concerned about having a facial with my very sensitive dry skin. I was advised via messenger of a 30 minute facial which would be suitable so I agreed. Online their 30 minute facial is $99. I went and had my facial, and as I don't get facials I went along with everything the therapist was doing. When it came to pay, the therapist told me that I owed $159 for the facial. She told me that I was booked in for the Pro Dermal facial (45 minutes) and that is what I received. I told her that I was only booked in for a 30 minute facial, and I had to show her proof of the messages. Apparently I had been booked in and received the wrong facial.

I had a very relaxing experience at Urban Skin Spa. I knew I had made the right choice when I immediately felt comfortable on the phone making my booking, and continued to feel comfortable and welcome throughout my whole appointment. I am looking forward to my next visit. Thanks ladies.

Great service and environment. Love the new renovations which are luxurious.I highly recommend Robyn who was professional, kind and built a wonderful calm environment during all treatments. She also has extensive knowledge and training which made me feel really comfortable with treatment plans. I highly recommend

My partner and I purchased the 'Double the Love' package for Valentines and it was absolutely amazing! The place was cozy and private, smelled great and was very clean. The girls that looked after us, Erin and Britney were awesome and asked us if everything was good with the massage and was happy to accommodate. The spa and sauna was also really lovely, especially with the drinks and chocolates we received. Had some troubles paying at the end (completely normal stuff) but Esther the director was super friendly and kind, and happy to help fix it all up.For little things that would make the experience even better, the booking online was a bit confusing to understand as there were a lot of packages. If they were separated a bit, it would be less overwhelming.The light in the sauna was not working (I think?), and it would've been nice if it did. Some lights in the spa area would also be nice for those that don't like it too dark.Possibly having some sort of screen between the reception and bathroom/spa/sauna would be nice. I thought it was a little unusual that there wasn't.Truly the trip was still fantastic and the best I've had, and I absolutely recommend this place to anyone considering to go!

I was up in Queensland for a holiday and I came for a treatment with my partner. It's amazing. We had a facial and massage each. My partner is actually fussier than I am, it's all the years of being spoiled by our own staff in our own spa, and he said it was one of the best massages he's ever had. I agree, and we will be back if we're ever in town again. Beautiful location, this is a go-to for your own skin and beauty needs, as well as a great voucher to give someone else. Love, a fellow spa owner who thinks you've done really well. x

I've just moved back after three years away and am so glad to find the service and treatments I used to enjoy are just as I remembered them. I thoroughly enjoyed the Deluxe Pedicure this afternoon which was absolute bliss, all thanks to Robyn. And thank you Chloe for you lovely customer service you always make me feel so warm and welcome.

We have been here a few times and it has been a great experience but the last time has left me looking for a new place. I received a voucher for valentines day that had specific treatments and extras. I was told the whole package I ordered was on their system yet I had to remind them of one of the extras and they forgot the other which I had no more interest in asking for so I left.

I was given a spa treatment as a birthday gift and it was amazing! Esther and Annabelle took care of everything and I walked away feeling so relaxed with such beautiful nails (such a treat for me). Thank you!
