Worst service i have ever received from a commercial supplier in Canberra. Pricing rates are very high and when spending in excess of $100,000 of glass as a commercial client, better service and rates are expected. Do not have adequate office staff with knowledge of their product or the industry and will make their client s pay for their mistakes.

I recently had the worst service (or lack of) in my life. I called into G James in Queanbeyan to arrange a quote for a shower screen. The customer service" was non-existent

I called around to 5 different glass places in Queanbeyan for a quote on a small job (supply of one panel for a shower screen). GJames was by far the cheapest quote, even 30% cheaper than the small budget operators in the area. The service was also excellent and they did me a great deal on delivery to the local area. Thanks.
