The Dock Studios

The Dock Studios is one of my favourite spaces to be in - highly recommended! I went to a Yin Yoga class after meeting Stewart (co-owner) at a networking event (I had no idea what Yin was!) His energy was infectious and I knew I wanted to experience his class. I have not looked back! I now attend two Yin classes a week with Stew and the wonderful Will, each providing their own beautiful take on the practice. It has made a HUGE difference in my life. Not only have I become more flexible, but I feel calmer and happier in my life in general. I can't WAIT for Monday and Thursday evenings to go along :) I have met some wonderful people during my time there, making genuine friends, and love the feeling of community in this space. I am also a patient of Allison (co-owner) at Vivid Life Chiropractic there. Her approach to my overall wellbeing is refreshing! I always feel welcome by her and have been able to overcome some challenges with my body since our work together. Both Allison's services and the Yoga studio are highly recommended if you're looking to improve your life in any way.

We were lucky enough to have our wedding celebrations at the Dock Studios. Stew and Allison were so accommodating and made the whole experience so easy. The venue is amazing - 100% recommend!!

Stunning studio in port adelaide!! I experienced such a beautiful practice and sound healing when I visited the space. Would highly recommend- not even that close to me & I am happy to do the drive for the dock studio teachers.

The owner Stewart kindly offered this space for my partner and I to have our wedding. Absolutely amazing space and venue. Stewart was so accomodating and helpful during the lead up to and the day of the wedding. We couldn't recommend more.

I was lucky enough to visit this space for a wedding and everything about it was perfect. If a wedding can be that calm and serene, I can only imagine how amazing a yoga class there would be. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease and it is clear the Stewart takes great pride in this space. Every aspect is well thought out and no request was considered unreasonable. Treat yourself and spend some time at The Dock Studios, you won't be disappointed.

I have visited the dock studios in port Adelaide for yoga practice and chiropractor appointments. Allison is fantastic and very knowledgeable and the yogas space is welcoming, charming and one of the better studios I have visited. Stuart is a great teacher, and his class reeks of sincerity, authenticity and professionalism. I have also done a few Arial yoga classes-something I’d never tried before and it’s fantastic! Lee-Anne is a very patient and talented lady-overa this is one the better yoga studios I have visited and I have practiced in several other countries also.

We were lucky enough to have our wedding here and OH MY GOODNESS the space was incredible and just perfect. I dealt with Stewart and I’m pretty sure he is an angel masquerading as a human because he was such a dream to deal with, who went out of his way to make sure our ceremony was one that we absolutely loved.Covid made some things tricky for us but nothing was too much hassle and the generosity of Stewart and The Dock Studios legitimately made our wedding the day we’ve always dreamed of and will never forget.The space itself is magnificent, with stunning spaces at every turn, and a calm that washes over you as soon as you step in the door.I can’t wait to come back here for classes!
