Fantastic experience getting solar (10kw) and Tesla car charger, with an iStore heat pump coming next week too. Great design and engineering with a very competitive price. Consistent communication, never felt like any question was too much. The installation itself went very smoothly and the guys were all very friendly. The team was very quick to sort out a minor issue in consumption monitoring too, and now everything is working great! Thanks to Michael and the whole team for an excellent job, helping power the transition to renewable energy!

Michael, Bec, and all of the Sunstak team were amazingly helpful, from the quote to the final installation. They were very patient and friendly. They provided me with several options with different brands and price ranges for my townhouse in Canberra. We got a few quotes for solar and even though Sunstak weren't the cheapest, nor the dearest, we were impressed with their communication and very transparent response. The installers arrived on time and were courteous and approachable, answering all the stupid questions we asked of them. They had 32 panels and a Telsa battery fully installed in one day. I cannot fault the quality of workmanship, with no wiring or daggy conduit exposed anywhere. Michael followed up a few days later, confirming everything was working as it should. We had a great experience working with Sunstak, from the initial consultation through to installation their staff were friendly and professional the whole way. We thoroughly recommend their products and services.

These are our basic thoughts on our interaction with SunStak. Please do not read them as aggressive in tone, merely disappointing.1. As my wife and I were new to solar we did not like SunStak's video meeting, as our first contact, as we felt the company could not be bothered to come out to our place and chat with us in situ. All other solar companies have attended, in person, first time. 2. We felt that SunStak were only interested in answering our basic (at that stage) questions rather than educating us as well. Again, unlike other companies.3. Our quote was forgotten in the two weeks since the video conference and only arrived after two unanswered emails and an enquiring phone call in which the receptionist could not find our details.4. The Tesla Powerwall seemed to be the main battery system this company was suggesting. Other, possibly cheaper, battery options were barely mentioned or suggested.

Sunstak installed a 10kw solar system and a heat pump hot water system in 2021. Michael didn't oversell, and we ended up going significantly beyond his initial suggestion. The installation was very well handled and the independent inspector agreed that it was high quality work and high quality parts.A year later we had a very small water leak after several days of very heavy rain under the main solar panel array. This may or may not have been related to the installation (our roof probably needs some work soon). Michael's team very attentively visited, took the relevant panel off and worked to improve the positioning and seal of the relevant tiles at no charge, in case that was a contributing factor.We are very happy with Sunstak and would (and will) recommend them to others.

A pleasure to deal with Sunstak at every step in the process. Very happy with the result (15 solar panels and upgraded meter and switchboard etc.). Was great that they could also manage the removal of the old gas hot water system and install a new electric heat pump.

Michael and his team did a fantastic job at my elderly parents' townhouse in Canberra, both with the initial installation of 24 solar panels (9.36 kW) 12 months ago and then again last month to add a Tesla Powerwall II battery to the setup. The initial installation encountered some difficulties when the originally planned panels didn't quite fit onto the available roof area, but Michael was extremely professional and helpful in working with me to find a solution. My parents' electricity bills have since dropped by more than $1,500 per year and they are thrilled with the outcome. The newly installed battery should improve things even further, resulting in them having a net credit on their bills.
