Matt was awesome! Quickly came out on the 2nd Jan to fix two leaks from a pipe under my concrete driveway. He was easily able to detect them with his equipment and was more efficient and cost effective than a regular plumber. Called ALD North Brisbane after a recommendation to try and determine if we had a leak with our pool pipe work. I received an extremely quick response and they dispatched a technician within an hour of booking their service.Tom called me to inform me of the results of the testing that had been carried out. He told me, he was going to tinker for a bit longer to try and find the source of our problem.He called me back and explained he had found the source of the problem and the action he had taken to remedy it. He explained everything in an informative, easy to understand manner and was polite and respectful throughout.This coupled with clear and upfront pricing regarding the work to be carried out, I can highly recommend Australian Leak Detection for their professional expertise. Don't believe everything you read on the website. Visited my place a couple of times and I still have a leak issue. According to their website, apparently they lead the industry in non-invasive leak detection tools and techniques" even though I am left with a hole in my wall and part of the ceiling? Far from the "top quality solutions that exceed your expectations". "Industry expertise partnered with cutting-edge technology help accurately locate all types of leaks"

Absolutely brilliant service. My usual pool service company thought they knew where the leak was, turned out it was somewhere different, that was much cheaper to fix. No extra fees, all fixed with a few hours. The guy who came out was very professional and excellent work. Will definitely use again.

Don’t use the service! Apparently they pressure tested the pipes yet my pool kept leaking. The guy came out again still couldn’t find the issue. Second company came out and found a leaking pipe. Will not use again and no response to my complaint. Thanks for taking $440 for providing poor service and not resolving the issue!

Contacted ALD Brisbane North to assist with a leak in my pool. They were professional and polite on the phone and very helpful. Was notified 45 min before Tom the technician arrived for his appointment and arrived on time. The service I received was brilliant and well worth it. Everything he did he explained why and what he was doing. Would highly recommend using them for any pool leaks.
