Good staff . Tried paying through Afterpay had the available funds but still didn’t work tried to speak my way through but he said it’s not meant to be. Faced a similar issue at the other Godfrey store. If the question is about funds then I tried tapping in a different store with funds but it worked. Please sort out this issue

Had Bissell stream vaccum put for Repairs and they can take upto 6 weeks whereas Hoover brand works just as well n repairs return only take w/3weeks only..part2 continue collect vac today nor price I paid originally.. they fixed the blockage n did not clean for $500 cost..no more Bissell for me..after 4wks in for service

My stick vacuum recently broke with only a few weeks left on my warranty. I bought it into store to be repaired and they did a great job getting me sucking again. The customer service was great, repairs were quick and the whole process was very easy.Special thanks to David for following up and making sure I had a working vacuum again!!

Great looking store, friendly staff. Hans made a huge effort to help get the steam mop I was after. Thank you sooo much. In store demonstration was extremely helpful. Highly recommend Godfreys Northland service.

Found the place quite easily. The staff member who attended me there was quite helpful and polite. It was great to attend this place as I found my filters for my vacuum cleaner very easily with the assistants of the staff member on duty and the prices were more than a reasonably costed. This place is well worth attending for your vacuum cleaner needs.

Big shout out to David in Northland (Preston) store.David provided informed customer sensitive service to me when I bought a stick vac and returned it unopened the next day ( change of mind) I will certainly return to this store to seek his advice and understanding in finding the right vac.Thanks David.
