Great store, a good variety of items,had a hack saw blade pack,which was very good quality

I lost a receipt for something I purchased 6 days earlier, two clocks. They were both faulty so when I return to the shop they said they can’t refund without receipt. I sat out the front and checked ACCC and went back to show them a bank statement. They have tried again and again not to give me my money back. I am not rich and I feel very violated. I’ve been sold rubbish and am expected to wear it.Their only option was to leave clocks there and see themselves if faulty and for me to come back another timeI used to be a good customer of theirs and will not return even though they’re now holding my clocks hostage. I suggest if you don’t want to get stuck with complete junk don’t shop there. Ever.

Tripple charged for a $59.99 item and staff and owner (who was not present in store) refused to process the refund back on to the same card they had charged it to less than a minute before. Staff are untrained. They ended up calling the bank and told them they would need to send someone to sort it out - no idea!!!! Terrible service. I was trying to support a small business but I will never go back. Check your receipts carefully.

**Buyer beware** No cash refund or card refund in store and didn't fit the required product. Returned item 15 minutes later with receipt. Was told to spend amount in store on other goods. This does not meet ACCC law. Would not recommend anyone.

Love this variety house and party shop. I have bought things for both the house and parties and have not had any issues so far. Staff are friendly and helpful.
