Just got off the phone to Geoff. Went in last year to get some help and signed some paperwork with him. Apparently he doesn't want to deal with time wasters, was extremely rude and hung up on me.On further review, all the required documents and paper work was sent in last year, and I had signed the paperwork when we first met. None of our emails have been responded to, so it wasn't apparent you needed anything further from me. I suggest Geoff, answering emails instead of ignoring them and treating people with a bit more decency.
