Great friendly expert service. I brought in a tag watch as well as a Michel Herbelin watch to have the batteries replaced and bands fixed, the job was complete in 25 min and the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks !

Excellent Service!! I was told I couldn't get a strap repaired/or replaced on my Citizen watch - even by Citizen. The watch is very sentimental to me, and Watch empire fixed my strap in 30 minutes with no hassle at all. Fantastic - highly recommend.

Had a bracelet engraved for my daughters 1st birthday. Requested cursive font of her name and when I picked it it up it was a horrible typewriter font.Has ruined the bracelet and completely left me devastated. Gentlemen that completed the job would not admit they had made an error and didn’t seem to care.Now have a beautiful delicate bracelet with a diamond that has ugly typewriter writing. Would not recommend, total cowboys

I had to replace a battery on a Tissot touch screen watch. Now apparently only done by Tissot. These guys were able to do it for me in under one hour. Very impressed with the fast friendly service

Really loved the service from here. Came in to have a bracelet adjusted then picked up a new leather strap, the lady was friendly, very helpful and provided an excellent experience. Would highly recommend!
