Waste of time! Booked my replacement of an alternator belt as I thought this was a convenient service, someone comes to me rather than me taking the day off work to get this sorted...now they are saying they cant do it...very disappointed, better communication from the start would be appreciated!

Randwick Car Care claimed to specialize in luxury car repairs, but their expertise was far from impressive. They mishandled my BMW during a routine service, resulting in additional damages. The repairs took much longer than estimated, and their communication was lacking.

I broke down near their workshop, and the guys pushed the car in to the workshop. Which is LEGENDARY. Found the issue which was just a relay fault, replace it and away i went. Absolute legends.

They were very professional with booking my car in and making time to fit it into there very busy schedule and were also very polite and friendly in keeping me updated about the repairs that were needed.
