My son loves this book shop.The books are clear for him to see,there are books in author named shelving that's good for me to find his favourite authors. The staff I have spoken with have been helpful.3 stars because it is not wheelchair accessible or pram accessible.

I keep coming back to this place because I used to work here and I know how well the manager treats her staff. I've never worked anywhere where the management have been so kind and caring towards their staff members before. That's why I'll keep putting money in to this place.

Positive experience all round. Lady at the desk was very friendly ... and very patient, when my Christmas present shopping exceeded what I had in my account and had to do a quick on-the-spot transfer with my phone. Very happy.Don’t be alarmed at some of the price stickers though. I was definitely charged the cheaper price, ha ha

Both girls working were fantastic and super helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get the 2nd girls name but Jae went above and beyond to help my 11 yo daughter find a book to suit her interests. Great customer service and didn’t make us feel rushed or that they were too busy to help.
