I ordered a 18th birthday plaque for my daughter. Unfortunately it arrived broken and I sent an email letting them know.Emmalyn was happy to replace it and have it sent to me by the weekend.All done within 2 days. Thank you so much I will be using you again and I hope many more people will too.
