Wow, outstanding customer service and advice. Dropped by after BigW recommended 'go to eB Games lolThe young lady serving who was run off her feet (probably short staffed ) was just outstanding in customer service and advice. I really wasn't sure what I wanted but she soon had that sorted and I left with some excellent games.Many thanks to EBGames

We love EB Games at Castletown. It's the right size not to get overwhelmed by the signage, they have all the non games stuff well laid out, the specials are easy to find and hunt through, the staff are great especially the giant guy.Whenever we've gone in there they've had a quick honest answer to any question without me feeling like a plonker. They always seem to have something out the back or able to order it in and give an accurate timeframe.A very good shop indeed!

I've spent thousands in this store and there helpful until you say you don't like something or dont agree with staff and then the giant guy Mel is so arrogant that he will chew you out in front of staff and customers so dont go lf your not copeing cause there's zero empathy in castle town store from Mel

The older, tall gentleman that was working this afternoon (Jan 29, 3:20pm) right before close was probably one of the rudest employees I’ve ever met.His attitude and tone gave me the impression he didn’t want to be there and was rude to 2 kids before me, who were asking where something was in the centre. Said “do I look like I work for them?? Go find a map”i asked questions about Nintendo switch games, how to actually use Switch game cartridges and where to put them, he was very abrupt saying things like ”I’m guessing you’ve never done this before.” And, after throwing a case across the counter, said “the cartridges look like that, Kay??“.Was Instantly turned off from making a sale, was merely asking questions and he was super insulting. I don’t think customers shop here to get judged for their current knowledge of products.I’m sure the other employees are welcoming and supportive but this guy was absolutely not those things. Good luck to him.

The big guy at this store has to be the rudest sob i have meet. I went in to spend over $600 on a switch with games but when I asked him about it gave me hardly any info and didn't want to look up from his desk to actually acknowledge me. So like any normal person i left to spend my money elsewhere. Use to shop here all the time. Just a shame they don't care about their customers.

Walked in knowing what i wanted, guy working was busy with a call, put the phone straight down asked how could help. Had warm and friendly chat while putting through my purchase. 2minutes total no fuss. Would recommend

I love this shop. They are always so patient and understanding when I ask about different platforms and games, and they do a really good job of identifying how I like to play to find games that fit. Walked in Boxing Day to browse and came out with three games (which I love, thank you!) AND a brand new PS5 lol.
