We cannot recommend Victor Rullis and Mathew highly enough for their professionalism and sensitivity in handling my fathers service. They seemed to know exactly what we needed and we didn't have to worry about the finer details allowing us to focus on saying farewell. We loved that they were very open to our ideas and offered us great options without feeling like we were pressured in anyway. Mathew is wonderful to deal with and we instantly knew he was right to conduct the ceremony, he has great skill and perception. The day itself could not have been more perfect thanks to everybody at Victor Rullis. The ceremony was conducted in the chapel at the Karangi garden cemetery. The gardens are so peaceful and breathtaking in Autumn. What a difference you have made to our family at such a difficult time. We cannot thank you enough!

Phil and the team at Victor Rullis were excellent in every way. They enabled us to organise a beautiful farewell in NSW and then transfer for interstate burial. When my Mum died recently, just prior to Christmas and all the associated public holidays, Victor and his staff were nothing short of outstanding. In an unpleasant time, their compassion, service and help were second to none.

We lost our dear Mum, Aili Smith, quite suddenly and unexpectedly in August 2021 in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. A difficult time for arranging many of life's celebrations including a funeral. Especially as Mum had many friends and relatives scattered around Australia and the World unable to attend her funeral in the middle of a lockdown. Live streaming by Victor Rullis provided a technical Covid-safe solution allowing all to be present and enabled several personal tributes on the day.Mum had let us know that she wanted her funeral to be handled by Victor Rullis in Coffs Harbour including that she wanted to be buried at Karangi Lawn Cemetery from the onsite chapel.From the initial contact with Victor to finalising all the official and other necessary processes and paperwork the team ensured the funeral was streamlined and managed professionally, efficiently, respectfully and compassionately.We'd like to thank all involved but especially the celebrant, Betsy White, Victor Rullis and the key members of the well oiled Rullis team including Christie, Matt and Phil for all their help, knowledge and skill at this difficult time for us all. You all just knew what to do and say at every stage. It is greatly appreciated.Betsy took the time to speak with several members of the family and to listen to our stories about our Mum and grandmother to ensure she had a good understanding of Mum.Betsy captured and reflected Mum in all she said and did at the service on 18 August 2021. I am a local Doctor and have known the Rullis family since 2000 and they run a very professional and compassionate funeral service. Everyone speaks very highly of their service. The extended family are very well respected in the community and they are lovely and genuine people. I have never heard a bad word about their service. Victor Rullis heads the operation but all of the staff are professional and capable of helping local families arrange funeral services for their loved ones.
