Took my Camry for a Pressure Test this afternoon..They were very busy and still found the time to fit me in...Had a new Radiator fitted when i was on the Gold Coast last week and wanted to make sure it was not leaking from any hoses etc...Phil done the testing and found the top of the new Radiator was sweating out some coolant..Advised me to notify the company that supplied it to replace it under warranty...Phil did this test free of charge...Thanx Phil...

Great service. Good, clean & pleasant atmosphere.Very helpful & welcoming. Staff know their trade & are very competent.Front office had air-con running, which helps greatly during a sweltering summer. Many places don't, either for costs or other reasons, that's why I mention it. They even allowed us to use their toilet in an emergency.They were able to fit us in straight away, without a booking, make assessment of our car in half an hour, & recommended action needed, with costs involved upfront.Costs were fair & reasonable, for the job involved. They were able to complete the job within an hour.They even give follow up service to ensure our car air-con is working properly.We Highly recommend them.

Not often you find a business that goes above and beyond to assist a customer. Natrad Port Macquarie squeezed me in to their busy schedule and spent some hours trying to diagnose a cooling fault and charged me only for a new radiator cap and advise for our mechanic as to where to start to solve the problem. Everyone from the receptionist through to the owner we just fantastic and I would have no hesitation in recommending them, they are a credit to their profession.

I can not recommend these guys enough. The whole team looked after me with more kindness and courtesy than money could ever buy, while still being more affordable than other options. Extremely happy and making these guys my first stop.
