Installed a reverse-cycle duct system with 3 zones and multi-split systems with 2 blowers. It was difficult to remove the old system and replace with the new one but Kim was experienced and helpful in suggesting solution to get all the systems install properly. Now my house fills warm and cozy. Thanks for the well job done!

Avoid.Slow customer service. Technician arrived unannounced over two hours before the agreed service window started. Serviced external unit fine but not forthcoming with problem solving other issues. Could not locate internal unit, or think of ways to find it, so an access hatch can be installed. Busted the mounting clip for air con controls after testing another unit and didn't think I'd notice. Unresponsive management.Unfortunately, not much pride taken anywhere.Will engage a different business to send a professional to replace now damaged mounting clip, locate the internal unit and quote upgrades.

Eastwood Air were very responsive throughout from initial contact until the installation was complete. A comprehensive assessment from Tim was highly professional and our needs were top of mind. A 16kW ducted system was proposed together with Advantage Air for maximum control, efficiency and ongoing costs. We can now control temperature and airflow individually & remotely via an Appto each of the 7 zones.The installers were excellent, explained what they needed to do, cleaned up each day. Tim gave us daily updates, was onsite regularly and followed up at the work completion. We felt comfortable with Eastwood Air from day 1 and have peace of mind that we now have a state-of-the-art system.We can recommend Eastwood Air for great customer service, knowledge & professionalism.

I found this business very unprofessional and unethical.Two people by the name of Kim and Tim visited my place to prepare a quote for multi split air-conditioning.They inspected the place and recommended multi split aircon from Daikin.After a week or so they sent in a quotation for multi split aircon from Daikin with 4 heads and also replacing my existing Daikin split air conditioner.I confirmed that I accepted the quotation and asked them to supply invoice note for a deposit.They agreed that they will send invoice note for the deposit and agreed to book time for doing the job in 3rd or 4th week of November.I have spoken to a person called Kim at length about the installation process and he agreed with the plan to do job in November.I have not received invoice for about a week but received a call from another person called Tim, saying that they cannot do the job because they under quoted.Then I spoke to another person Kim and he confirmed again that they cannot do the job because the price they quoted was low.Now the question arises, how a business can submit a quote to customer and agreed to do the job and pull out?Is this ethical?Based on their acceptance to do the job, I have rejected other quotes and leaves me no choice but to ask for other quotes again.Secondly the person named Kim said that this is how they do business.Also another question comes up, how a reputable company like Daikin engages to do business like this type of businesses.Most importantly, if they can't make a simple quote and honour their own words of confirmation, we have to question their competency of doing the actual job.I feel very let down by this business and thinking of taking this matter .

Recommended by a friend to have Eastwood Airconditioning to install a Daikin inverter air con split system unit in my unit. Kim is very helpful and made a good recommendation of the size of the unit we needed and where we can put it. The installation is fast and professional. We are so pleased and have a cool summer since it was installed last year.
