Shaver Shop Burwood

Very very bad customer service. The store manager (didn't catch his name) charged us higher price for something less. We asked for item A which is $30 more expensive than item B, he said he has it at the back, he didn't show us the item and went straight to payment, after paying we inspect the item and found that he'd given us item B, which is cheaper, but had charged us with the price of item A. When we asked, he said he didn't have item A in stock and had to get it from another store first, he asked us to come back the next day without refunding the money first. When we asked for a refund, he reluctantly give it to us. Not gonna come back to this particular store and hoping that this review help a lot of people to be more careful when purchasing from this store.

Poor customer service! Staff pretend to know what they're talking about (clearly don't) rather than admit they are unsure. The female staff on tonight was hopeless and just wanted to argue everything even. Was only good at talking people out of sales. Not sure why I even went back after seeing how the manager treated customers trying to return a faulty product. Never should have gone back.

The best customer service I have received from any shop in a very long time. all 3 Staff on were extremely helpful and now I will always travel the extra 30min passing other stores just to come back to this one for all my Body groomer clippers and razors.

Whole staff is awesome in Burwood branch who always guide with products available on shop with remarkable knowledge. This time I went to buy a vibrating toothbrush for my child where one of the staff member helped me to explain all different options and helped us to choose the one.

Horrible customer service. The manager at the store is rude and very unhelpful. I went to return a faulty product which was purchased online. He took the product and said he would contact the customer service which will then process my refund. When asked for a proof of return, he simply refused to give any acknowledgement and said “you have to just trust my word”. I mean, he could have provided me some sort of acknowledgement instead of giving bad attitude.Moreover return policy states, I can get full refund on faulty product which the manager could have processed then and there. But instead I got bad service and bad attitude.

Not a good experience the Manager/salesman made me feel uncomfortable. Quickly left when I had several hundred dollars to spend and found the same product $50 cheaper downstairs in Coles anyway. Unprofessional service

Fantastic service today, 15/2/2023 from this shop. It really reminded me of what customer service used to be like. I had an issue with an expensive shaver, they wasted no time in helping me with the issue. Kudos to these guys. Purchased an Oral-B 9000 on sale last year. Loved the product and the quick and easy service from the team. Recently the battery had a defect. After going out of their way to locate my afterpay receipt after difficulties locating in store, the team sent it off for repair but the problem persisted. The team have been great throughout and very understanding.

My wife was sold a $500 hair removal appliance from this place on the proviso that it's be suitable for a 12 year old girl. She gets home, opens the box...nope! Suitable for 18+ only. We don't want a refund but we DO want your staff to be sure of their products and if they aren't sure, to say they aren't sure and to look it up!

The manager who I think is the franchisee is rude and unprofessional. Asked them to simply match the online price advertised on shaver shops website and he basically said to order it online and then come back in 3 - 4 hours to collect it. Go somewhere else where they will treat you like a real customer
