We had a plumbing problem with our hot water system and Simply Caravans at Lavington we’re so helpful friendly and professional, they made time to rectify the problem and fix it. I could not recommend and praise them more they done an exceptional job.

I arrived and waited an hr to get a few things done to van as I was passing thru Albury. I messed up reading email.and was a day early. It was explained to me I would have to wait till afternoon. All I wanted at that stage was 5 mins to tighten tv aerial. They reckon would take an hour. Please. Too busy to take 5 mins for a quick job. Discusting Customer service. I left and headed Yarrawonga who fixed it in 5 mi so.

Can’t thank this team enough! In the busiest time of year when every other mechanic and caravan services centre in the Albury Wodonga region was understandably booked out, Jeff and the team made time to check out the issue on our caravan and potentially saved us from an incident had we tried to carry on home. Not only that but they whizzed through our repairs and service in less than 24 hours! Highly recommend
