You made things so easy for us - you organised everything, and provided us with knowledge and advice when needed. Every step of the renovation was scheduled in so we knew what was happening on what day, and the tradies that were on-site were polite and considerate. We love our new bathroom. Thank you!

We recently had our kitchen completely renovated by Flat Hill and their service and communication was nothing short of impeccable. The whole process was so smooth, from the very first time we met with them, throughout the design process and throughout the renovation. We recently had our bathroom renovated by the team at Flat Hill, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Scotty and Kirstin worked closely with us to understand exactly what we hoped to achieve with the design and layout of the small space we had to work with. Every tradesperson we met was friendly, professional, and hard working. Our house was left clean and tidy at the end of every day throughout demolition and construction. Communication was great, with all of our questions being answered really promptly. We are so incredibly happy with the end result, our bathroom is both beautiful and functional.

Flat Hill have done the most beautiful high quality job in renovating our three bathrooms. The communication is fantastic, all we had to do was choose our fittings and sit back as they had the project managed perfectly so we didn't need to worry about organising or contacting any trades. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Kirstin or Scotty and the result is three amazing bathrooms. Now we need to do the rest of the house!

Scotty and Kirstin of Flat Hill Constructions last week completed a total bathroom re-build (including replacing rotted joists and floor boards; removing asbestos in walls) and created a beautiful, functional bathroom. From initial consultation to handover (which included Certificates re Asbestos, Waterproofing, Plumbing, Electrical and Home-Owners Warranty), every aspect was handled professionally and workmanship was of the highest standard. The well co-ordinated Flat Hill team and contractors produced a smooth, efficient operation. Daily contacts (phone, text and in person) from both Kirstin and Scotty were brilliant - great communications. Kirstin's design ideas were much appreciated and Scotty's building knowledge was invaluable.Do I recommend this family business? Yes, I definitely do!I have requested them to renovate my sad, old laundry and outdoor shower/toilet room by the pool. I know that they can work miracles!
