I have been coming here to get my eyebrows threaded for the past 6 years, and never had an issue. The last 2 times I’ve been I’ve had booking / timing issues. Today the lady tells me to come back in 15 min. Which I have no problem with. I come back after 15 minutes and she tells me to come back in an HOUR!! A bit ridiculous.This isn’t a one off either, a few weeks ago similar story. She said come back in 30min so I went and had a coffee to wait and then come back and she tells me another 30min wait. I’m fed up and will no longer get my eyebrows done here.BE MORE ORGANISED AND DON’T ANNOY YOUR CUSTOMERS. Tell us a realistic time and don’t make us wait around all day!!Sincerely,Your ex-customer
