Clean well equiped and warm!We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were quite spacious for cabins. They were the ones from the Olympic village for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Ours had 1x Queen and 1x single and also had its own en-suite. The Queen bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well maintained. The shower was fabulously hot and heated quickly which was much appreciated as we stayed in winter where the overnight temperature dropped to around 4° (but possibly into the minuses). We had 1 room in the 4 roomed cabin. There is a central kitchen/main room and we were lucky enough to be the only ones staying in this cabin, so we utilised the air conditioner in this area on the second night (there’s no heavy blankets on the bed so we were a little cool on the first night, but still comfortable enough - if you are able to bring your own, an extra blanket might be useful). The floor is quite creaky, so we were also thankful to be the only ones using this cabin as we had a baby. The kitchen/main area had a tv (we didn’t use), 2 fridges (one full size with freezer), kettle (and tea and coffee), sink, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, cupboard of cooking utensils/bowls/pots/pans etc. and air conditioners. Make sure you walk out past the cabins at night and checkout the night sky as Baradine is part of the ‘dark sky park’ and you will get the most beautiful view of the stars!!Positives: clean for a caravan park cabin in the bush!, cheap (we paid under $100 per night for 2x adults and a baby), clean, hot showers, clean (not musty smelling lol) linen and pillows, well equiped kitchen, friendly owners, great view of the night sky.Things to note: possibly consider bringing or asking for another blanket if you’re staying in winter, creaky floors but not a huge issue. You could definitely utilise the kitchenette for meals or we recommend heading to Reggies Pub (Middle Pub/Tattersalls) in the main street for dinner!*photos were taken as we were leaving at the end of our 2 nights stay

After very long hours of driving and unfortunately being caught around flooding through NSW, we ended up in Baradine late at night and were desperate for somewhere to stay and sleep, owners were very lovely, helpful and accommodating at the last minute for us. Very beautiful spot with clean facilities!

We were a group of 6 campers heading to Lightning Ridge and stayed over at Camp Cyprus while we explored Sculptures in the Scrub (not to be missed). We had a wonderful overnight stay. The caretaker was very welcoming and helpful. There was plenty of room to set up and the amenities were very clean and tidy. We were also able to have a pit fire. I highly recommend Camp Cypress.

We stayed a week in this beautiful spot. Very friendly town and Charlie, the caretaker of the camp, is very helpful and knowledgeable. The amenities are clean and well-stocked. Looking forward to our next trip and the great squash tournament!
