I was introduced to Home Instead through Michelle Arnott who was looking after my mother’s need through another provider. Michelle moved over to Home Instead because of her high work ethics and integrity. I of course followed her as I did not trust anyone else. After doing a thorough research into these service providers, Home Instead was the only one that charged the lowest percentage out of the Home Care Packages.From my own experience with Home Instead and especially with Michelle’s help, I was able to find people that were suitable to my mother’s personality and they went above and beyond to fulfil this vital role due to my mother’s dementia and personality issues. Nothing was too much trouble.I would not hesitate to recommend anyone that is in a carer’s position or who wants to know that their loved ones a being cared for when they can’t, to give Home Instead a call. We met some beautiful caring carers that had a lot of humanity in looking after my mother. I will always be grateful for their loving care.

When both my parents were assigned home care packages three months ago we began the process of researching and meeting with various Providers. We met with Michelle Arnott from Home Instead who immediately made us feel at ease. Michelle's warm and caring nature, made my parents very comfortable and we made our decision to sign up with Home Instead after that meeting. During this time Michelle and OT Helen Waite have worked with us to provide much needed home modifications, domestic support and garden care which has made my parent's living situation safer and more comfortable, giving us all peace of mind. Anni and the staff at Home Instead have been great. They have always been respectful and caring, advocating for my husband to get the best possible care.

I work as a contractor to Home Instead Redlands and Logan for their very loved clients and I have to say what a delight it is to assist them. I have not come across any Care provider that cares, loves and supports their clients like Home Instead do. I have often arrived to a clients house when their CAREGiver is there and you notice straight away how they employ genuine, kind, knowledgeable and caring people. The staff are happy, the clients are over the mood to have the support that Home Instead gives and its an absolute pleasure assisting Home Instead with caring for our seniors and giving them independence in their homes. Home Instead are absolutely amazing and a breath of fresh air. My 85 year old mum had used other care providers who were way below standard and not as professional.
