000 Pest Control

We had Ash come out to get rid of our White Tail issue. It has now been around 1 month and we havent seen a spider since. Great adivce and a lovely family. Will definitely be back!

My neighbour called these guys out after I recommended doing pest control due to a cockroach infestation. Extremely professional - did everything they could to help and answered all my questions (and helped ID the type of roach - thankfully a normal one) while doing the initial spray. Highly recommended, didn't get the name of the person doing the job but thank you for answering all my questions even though you were doing a job for my neighbour.

Honestly a decent pest control service but one that did not care for our time.We used 000 pest control for a while and everything was good but when it came to routine inspections, I asked the attendants NUMEROUS times to please notify me ANYTIME before they show up to the property so that I can make sure that someone is available to let them in. But no matter how many times I stressed, no one would notify me. Every time either I or another one of our staff had to suddenly show up at the property to ensure the attendants can be let in.After this happened one too many times, I called the owner of the business and asked them directly to make sure I get a call before someone shows up. But no one did yet again.In addition to that, every time the attendants showed up, they would spend a total of about 3 minutes on our property and leave. I understand this is a problem with the pest control industry keeping the prices up as a whole. But it honestly makes very little sense for someone to show up and just take a look at the rat traps and still charge the full $150 amount.The last time they showed up, I was in a meeting and unable to answer their call, so I got a message saying that they won't provide us with their service anymore. A business that was very disrespectful to our time. We would recommend them to other friends before all this happened but will make sure to not do that anymore.

Don't go elsewhere - Tino and the team are great; they're always on time, always professional and we haven't seen a spider in years!

Very pleased with service. Tino returned my initial inquiry promptly and, despite me mucking up the date, Ash was on time and explained what he was going to do. He happily answered my queries after he left, when I returned home. Very pleased there was no residual odour and although it’s early days, am sure my spider and rodent problems will be sorted now. After leaving a question regarding chemical use I got a call back from a man who in my opinion was rude and intimidating. He said something similar to this. Don't ever tell a pest controller not to use chemicals.""

Quick and very reliable! Called them at 10am last morning asking to remove the hive of wasps, was done in two hours!Not even that, I wasn’t even home and left the door open for them to get the job done.
